January 21: Multiple $5000 Grants Offered to First Home Buyers in Dallas
Dallas, TX, January 10, 2023 — Multiple $5000 are grants being offered to first time home buyers at the We Must Own Home Buying Seminar provided by The Hennessy Foundation in partnership with Kingdom Legacy Company. The free event will consist of workshops and panels on credit repair, home inspections, investment financing and more, and will take place on Saturday, January 21 from 10:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. at the new Kingdom Legacy Company office in South Dallas.
For Ferrell Fellows, CEO of Kingdom Legacy Company, real estate investment is personal.
“Anyone can learn to invest,” she explains. “For far too long, the information and resources people have used for years to gain wealth through real estate has not been accessible to so many people.” Her organization exists to help people, regardless of age, income or education level, gain the knowledge they need to invest for themselves, their families and generations to come.
The We Must Own real estate is not just about offering information, it’s also about creating a real opportunity. KLC is partnering with the Hennessy Foundation to help first time home buyers take the next step toward home ownership in a big way.
"Jim and I launched the Hennessy Foundation on my 65th birthday,” explained Becky Hennesy, co-founder of the Hennessy Foundation and Associate Pastor of Trinity Church in Cedar Hill. “We are partnering with Kingdom Legacy Company to help first time home buyers with closing costs.”
Located in the heart of South Dallas on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., the new Kingdom Legacy offices will be celebrating a ribbon cutting on the same day. The office is positioned in a community that so deeply needs the knowledge and access that KLC and the Hennessy Foundation are providing.
